HOW DOES KINESIOLOGY WORK?
When you’re stressed, overworked, exhausted you don’t eat or sleep well, which can easily throw your nervous system out of balance. A kinesiology balance will reset things. Jodie uses the muscle checking tool known as ‘kinesiology’ to facilitate your brain giving us a read-out of how your nervous system is blocked and why. You then clear what has been identified as a stress, which allows you to become aware of your new solutions and adapt and integrate the change/s.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
It is entirely up to you - To start with you may need 1 - 3 sessions spaced around 3-6 weeks apart in order to recuperate from a life event or feeling anxiety or to change career. Clients who want to start to thrive in life generally come in every 6-8 weeks to expand their personal growth.
